This is a picture made in St. Michael Island, Azores. It´s a vulcanic Island, like all the Islands in Azores, with black rocks and the few sand beaches there are made of beautiful black dark sand. The usual is many many ocean beaches carved in the vulcanic rocks with some small facilities constructed by man, like the one in the frame.
